Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before signing up for an Inlet Foodies & Entertainment membership. By completing your membership purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
Inlet Foodies & Entertainment offers an annual dining membership program that provides members with discounts and benefits at participating restaurants and entertainment venues in the Murrells Inlet, South Carolina area. Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and hold an Inlet Foodies membership. By completing signup you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel memberships where this requirement is not met.
The annual membership fee is $29.00 USD, charged at the time of signup. This fee is non-refundable once the membership has been activated and the member code has been issued. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Active members receive the following benefits at participating venues:
Benefits are subject to change. Participating venues and their individual offers may be updated at any time. Inlet Foodies & Entertainment is not responsible for changes made by individual participating venues to their menu, pricing, or participation in the program.
Your membership is stored digitally on your phone using your browser's local storage. There is no app to download. To activate your membership at a venue, hold your phone near the gold NFC puck located at the entrance. Your membership card will appear on your screen automatically. You must show your active card to your server to receive your member discount.
The card resets daily at 4:00 AM and must be reactivated by tapping the NFC puck at each venue visit. This is a security feature to verify your physical presence at the venue.
We do not send promotional bulk marketing text messages. All SMS communications are directly related to your membership.
If you lose access to your membership card — for example if you change phones or clear your browser data — you can restore your membership using the recovery link sent to your phone at signup. You may also contact us directly at info@inletfoodies.com to request a new recovery link.
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. We do not automatically renew or charge your card. You will need to purchase a new membership when your current one expires. Your member code and visit history are retained for returning members.
Because the member code and digital card are issued immediately upon payment, memberships are non-refundable once activated. If you believe there has been an error with your purchase please contact us at info@inletfoodies.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
A list of participating venues is available on our website. Venue participation is subject to change without notice. Inlet Foodies & Entertainment makes no guarantee that any specific venue will continue to participate in the program for the duration of your membership. No refunds will be issued due to a venue leaving the program.
Member discounts are subject to each venue's individual terms. Some restrictions may apply, including exclusions on certain menu items, holidays, or special events. Please check with your server before ordering.
Each membership is for the personal use of the registered member only. Memberships may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another person. Use of a membership by anyone other than the registered member may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Any attempt to duplicate, reproduce, or fraudulently use a membership code is strictly prohibited.
Inlet Foodies & Entertainment provides the membership program on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership, including but not limited to issues with NFC compatibility, browser data loss, or venue service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your membership.
Your use of the Inlet Foodies membership is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of your membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from your membership shall be resolved in the courts of Horry County, South Carolina.
