3. SMS Text Messaging

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Your membership data is stored securely in Google Sheets, protected by Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our systems. 6. Data Retention

We retain your membership information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
