When you sign up for an Inlet Foodies membership, we collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Date of birth (used solely to verify you are 18 or older)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

We also collect technical data when you use our membership system, including venue visit timestamps and membership activation records.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your Inlet Foodies membership
• Send your digital membership card and setup link
• Send transactional SMS messages to deliver your membership card setup link and account recovery links upon request. No promotional messages are sent.
• Track your venue visits and dining rewards progress
• Process membership renewals and payments
• Respond to your questions or support requests

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@inletfoodies.com or call (843) 428-7538. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only with:

• Stripe — to process membership payments securely
• Twilio — to deliver SMS text messages to your phone
• Supabase — we use Supabase to store membership records securely
• Participating venues — only your member code and first name are shared to verify your membership at the point of service

We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members and business.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your membership data is stored securely in Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database platform. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our systems. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your membership information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
